We had a fantastic time hiking and exploring the beautiful trails around Rieden am Forggensee. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the mountains and the lake. It was the perfect activity for our adventurous family.

My kids wished there was a dedicated play area for children at the hotel.

The restaurant downstairs serves nice meals and cold beer. Sleeping with the windows open is peaceful - except for the morning cow milking.

This hotel was good base for exploring Rieden, appreciated it. The staff was affable all that time. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the very clean and bright room, as well as the proximity to Forggensee, making for a great stay at this perfect property.

I loved the fact that my room had a balcony with lovely views, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the location was perfect for my visit to the castles, as they were just a short distance away.

The wifi had a weak signal and we had trouble connecting at times. The bathroom towels were a bit old and worn, but it did not detract from our overall experience.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful and peaceful village that is convenient to many tourist attractions in the area. It is located away from crowded tourist areas but still very close to the castles and a lake where you can hire a bike or take a boat ride. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are clean and comfortable with great views of the surrounding area. The breakfast is also varied and satisfying.

The prices for food in the area can be a bit high, but there are other restaurants in the vicinity that are more affordable.

We stayed at Gasthof Rossle for one night on our way back from Lake Garda. The location was perfect, close to Füssen. The large room with a huge terrace provided a fantastic view of the city and the mountains. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant served delicious schnitzel. The breakfast was excellent and the waiter was attentive. we got far more than expected for the money and will definitely stay again if in the area.

The buffet selection during breakfast was quite limited, and not as fresh as we had hoped. The towels provided were not clean, and the room had a weird smell that stayed even after opening the windows.
